Support with job ads, interview questions, screening, reference checks, offer wording, onboarding checklists and probation check-ins.
Formal workplace investigations are available by separate quote, including complaints, misconduct, bullying and harassment, policy breaches and conflict of interest concerns.

Billed in 30-minute blocks.
$150 / month
For providers who want affordable access to HR support when staff questions come up.
$500 / month
For providers who need regular support without hiring in-house HR.
Email and brief phone support is in addition to practical support hours. Detailed review, drafting, meetings or extended advice may count as practical support time.
Formal workplace investigations are available as a standalone service where a matter needs a structured and independent process.
Investigations are scoped and quoted based on the complexity of the matter, the number of people involved and the level of reporting required.

The People Desk provides practical, affordable HR support for small NDIS providers who need clear advice without hiring in-house HR.
The service is led by Aaron, who has around 5 years’ experience in the NDIS provider HR space and 15 years’ experience in people leadership roles. His background includes staff performance, conduct matters, recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, workplace investigations, SCHADS Award questions and day-to-day HR decision-making.
Aaron holds a Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management and a Diploma of Human Resource Management.
The approach is simple: clear advice, practical next steps and documents that make sense in real workplaces.
